"Omega Cycling Academy"

Omega Cycling Academy will be the bench mark in the Hunter for latest in training for cycling and triathlon. Training will be done in groups of 8 with plans tailored to the individual. There will be three different levels depending on skill and fitness. Packages will start with a 12 week program then following up with further advice and on going training programs and schedules to suit. Packages will include - Ergo Sessions - Road Training - Bikefit and Safety checks - Endura Nutrition and seminars - Constant training updates - Special in store promotions for Academy members - Intro Running and Swim sessions Over the next 6 weeks our new Academy web site will be up and running for further details. Each Saturday we have a group ride leaving at 6am sharp from our store at the rear lane.This ride is open to anyone able to ride the distance at an average speed of 32 kph.

"Our Chris In China!"

Greetings from China! Was you charity fund riser ride a success? I am following what is happening via your weekly newsletters. I keep riding spreading the name of OMEGA all over China. My weekly Sunday ride is a return trip between ChangChun and ShuangYang with 115 km and modeate climb in the middle. Tommorrow I am taking some other guys with me (was solo so far). Attached are some pics. Will get some more photos later. Apart from thsi I commute to work daily. Traffic here is very busy and rather scary. More less like in Sydney CBD with the exception that the lines on the road are marked only for appearance. They really mean nothing. I addopted a riding style typical for CBD bicycle courier delivery guys - aggressive and confident. It took me a while though to decide to put my cleated shoes on. I am OK now.
